I know that some people think that playing the tie in Aus this year was a good move in principle. I don't see it myself, but I'm happy to agree to disagree on that.

The thing is, whatever potential advantage they gained through playing a home tie, they through it straight out the window with their choice of venue, which was as bad or worse as anything the Germans could have cooked up if it had been played in Europe.
