Richel arrived in Osaka a few days ago to play Q for the WTA tournament there and she won her first round 60 76(5) against Junri Namigata
She won matches at all of her Asian stops, that's a good thing already. Namigata actually won 3 points more in the 2nd set but still lost it I got a bit nervous in the TB though, Richel was up 3-0, then down 3-5, then won it 7-5. Q2 vs. Rodionova, will be a good test.
MarkNL's WTA Player Spotlight http://tfmarknl.wordpress.com/
#1 Mayo Hibi - Current Player: Stéphanie Dubois (CAN) - #2 Daria Gavrilova (RUS) Arvidsson - Stosur - Lisicki - King - Pironkova - Nara - Krajicek and the Dutch Squad - Giorgi - Gajdosova - Ishizu - Rezai - Diatchenko - Wozniak
I think it would be wise for her to travel out of Europe again and play some weaker tournaments to get her confidence and ranking up a bit Like the Australain 25s and 50s for example Would have been Top Seed
Anett+Them Eesti Gals have to be the best players that ever existed
