That's a huge win after some tricky slam draws. Definitely not a lot of hype behind her. I hope she gets on a streamed court next round since she'll be playing McHale. Given Christina's form this year that's definitely a winnable match for Elina.

I still think it's funny how she gets pretty much no hype at all
For a former Number 1 Junior, and the last Junior aside from Konjuh to win a Grand Slam at 15, and Konjuh is soooooooo hyped although appropriately, she has almost no hype. I think it's because A) she is European and B) she is Ukrainian which isn't exactly famous Europe. Also, even though her points are more legitimate than the likes of Vekic and Duval, she apparently hasn't as good WTA results and is less than 2 years older than Vekic
She has such a good opportunity to go far here
