Question NCAA Eligibility for Grad School

Hi guys I don't know if anyone knows this stuff, it's pretty complex.
So I came to the US to do my undergraduate and play college tennis at a D3 school. I enrolled in Spring 2010 and played that season. In fall 2010 we had one friendly tournament. I played Spring 2011 and we did not have an official match in fall 2011, we practiced, though. I played another season in Spring 2012 and was taken off the roster for Fall 2012 and did not play this Spring 2013 (I was not in the roster).

Now I got accepted at a D2 school for my MBA program and the tennis coach wants me on his team. If I understand it correctly, I can play Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 and then I will have completed my fourth season (Sp10,11,12,14) within 5 years.

Am I correct? And do I need a release form even though I am graduating and have not been on the roster for the last two semesters?

I will call the NCAA tomorrow but maybe I can get an information earlier

Thanks for your time!

I don't know, but most schools have a compliance officer who should be equipped to answer this type of question.
