Caroline into Dubai QF ! 
Strong performances so far. But one has to say Safarova and Zheng were weak. Head To Head vs Zheng now 2-3, Head To Head vs Safarova now 2-2. Safarova was a mess, played absolutely brainless tennis. 4 Winners, 9 UEs for Caro. 9 Winners, 45 UEs for Lucie. Safarova and Zheng were no competition for Caro, Bartoli now will be the first real test. Hope Caro beats her, a loss would be disappointing.

Yeah,I know that Caroline still hasn't advanced beyond the QFs,but THIS one--a thrashing of a player who has gone deep in Slams and is usually tough to beat--counts as an impressive win,in my book

I watched the whole match against Bartoli. Caroline worked extremely hard the whole match. It looks like her hunger is back.
She has to hold serve better to win her first semifinal of the year

I turned off my ES sound in middle of 1st set, as I couldn't stand listening to them .. but apparently Piotr made some big drama again today? .. What exactly did he do?
