Ha, according to Sports Illustrated, if Maria were to somehow beat Serena, she would move to number 2 in the rankings and Vika would drop to 3rd, no matter what she does. So if that's correct, there's a chance Vika could successfully defend her Doha title and still drop from 1st to 3rd.
