Well, during her doubles match with Radwanska during Czech Extraliga she seemed all right, playing lots of good volleys and passing shots.  I think she decided to have some more practise.

Oh my god, I can't believe I forgot Petra's birthday. She turned 28. Unfortunately, just got the memo that she withdrew from Florianópolis ... this is so not good. I wish her a happy belated but disappointed at the same time that her comeback is not yet.  |

No idea what is up with her. Very little info from anybody else... she's very low key. She was so ready to go before the Aus Open talking about how she was planning to play into her 30s and all of a sudden, withdraws from everything.
She better hurry up man, or else all those points from the early part of the year will tumble down and she'll go back to being ranked 100 and something, which is so not good! I feel I have to accept the inevitable though. Sometimes I feel like Petra is doing this on purpose. Does she want to play tennis, is it a personal problem? I don't know.  |
