Where did you find this diagram? Links from the WTA site as well as the tournament page still lead to nowhere.
Whatever your source, however, they must have confused some seeds. Nos 4 and 12 (Aga & Ana in your list) can not land in the same one-eighth of the draw. First four seeds are matched with seeds 13-16 for this stage of the contest. For the same reason Nos 7 and 14 (Sara E. & Masha K. resp.) cannot find themselves in same one-eighth.
I think that it was Kirilenko and not Ivanović who was seeded 12th.
