There has been a bias for a long time in the allocation of subforums.
Shvedova (multi slam winner and popular player) has no forum yet Watson/Robson do when there is every chance they could potentially turn into Oudin 2.0. Now look at the Oudin forum  |

Don't bet on it. Before AO more than 20 people asked for Petra Martic to get a forum (myself included) and, you guessed it, she didn't get it

This. After RG Slava fans, and everyone else, requested heaps but she still didn't get a forum  she is a lot more deserving of one than Laura and Heather tbh.

Because she hasn't been achieving enough 
They don't look at popularity of player only, but also at her results/consistency.

Hmmmm...no, that's not it either. Petra stayed inside top 60 in both singles and doubles pretty much the whole year in 2012 and hasn't been outside of top 100 for two years. That's more than we can say about many players who do have their own forums.
