How about two time grand slam finalist Fran Schiavone?

Re: Flavia Pennetta
In reality, her prospects of being a slam winner, are long over. She will be lucky to win anything above a tier IV tournament again. But then, she can win some money and keep in shape, as long she doesn't get injured. I do like Flavia, but just stating reality, IMO. I will be happy to be proven wrong. Good luck Flavia-Viva Italia!

yeah, it is. But she's still my favorite italian player and not only because she's the least annoying of them all.

what you mean all together? i think she can still win a doubles slam if she finds the right partner. If her and sveta jell they could be a very, very good pairing

I don't think Francesca is a better player than Flavia, but Francesca is really good on clay where most top players suck. Flavia is at her best on hardcourts where she has much tougher competition. She still should have made that US Open Semifinal in 2011 though.

I miss her.
I'm always remembering that performance against Cetkovska last year, absolutely GOAT.

True but as I said, hardcourts being her best surface really hurts her.
