i didn't blame you for ondrej. i'm saying that several people do.
i meant the other adrian as he's the only person who has put himself forward so far, other than frederik.

That can be read one of two ways I guess - you can have that one as it could be interpreted that way, I think you'll find I'm not alone on that issue though - time will tell.
Definitely not, misinterpretation issue there - anyone who manages contributes to the game massively, never implied otherwise..
We are both united in agreement there then.
OK
Anyhow this thread should now belong to Frederik - Massive congrats Frederik – a few weeks ago a TT player then out of the blue unexpectedly becoming a Board Member – feels strange doesn’t it
Well done the right person won this - you really deserve it. I wish you all the luck in the world but you won’t need it as I know you’ll be great for TT here

Re: Frederik - New TT Board Member
Congrats to Frederik. He is always very dedicated to the game, so no doubt he will do a great job.
Much gratitude goes to Ondrej for all the work he has done for TT over the years.
I must say I feel very uncomfortable with the way Paul (ITZ) was criticized in here (twice without even mentioning his name), without any real facts. That was completely unnecessary.

congrats Frederik I'm sure you'll do a great job! I will take some time now and probably start managing again in the future
ITZ always joined any discussion we had as TT board and is doing a very good job as TT board member.

Re: Frederik - New TT Board Member
I will no longer be on the TT Board. Unfortunately, when you volunteer your time, and people become unappreciative, you start to see less and less value in your efforts. The game has taken a turn I do not like. The game from 3 or 4 years ago no longer exists and I have to accept that. Yes, I have not been on the front stage the way I was in years past. I thought I had the respect of many of the players to contribute since I had shown that commitment and demonstration of fairness and logic while also keeping the game's best interest in mind. Simply because I did not publish rankings or manage tournaments had no bearing on my ability to be an effective board member. In fact, the reason why I became respected and was voted into the board was because of my effort. Some of the implications, yes - implications, deflect them all you want, they were in fact implied - are insulting and ultimately immature and unfounded. For those veterans who have defended me - thank you. And perhaps the criticism is rightfully so, for people who come to the game anew, there is no recollection of how I used to be - only how I was. For those who criticize, no one knows what the Board does behind the scenes and hopefully the new board member Frederik. and whoever shall replace me will be able to help improve the game.
Good luck to all.

we can only thank you for what you've done for the game. some of the personal attacks on you have been totally ridiculous and those of us who have been around for a while know exactly what you've done and in exactly the spirit in which you have played the game, and it is exceptionally sad to be losing you.
