Hopefully that will be a good lesson for the future and more important matches. I wonder if she has anything left for the qualies tomorrow as it was a long match and ended on a negative note.
She seems to be in Launceston MD now afterall?

Kaia never had more than one match point in a row and 4 out of 5 were on Kvitova's (very powerful and lefty) serve.

That match made me cry
As did Shuai Peng's loss to Radwanska at AO 4th Round 2011 
Although it wasn't really Kaia's fault, she just either let Kvitova dictate and waited for the error or missed her 1st Serve
I think she's in MD because Bojana WD 
I love how Anett's facebook/twitter posts when she loses are either non-existent or about 2 words

Well, but she was able to break Kvitova's serve twice and build a 4-0 lead in 3rd set, and later from 5-2 to 6-8. Total 5 match points missed.
BTW, our guys showed a good fight in DC doubles, lost first 2 sets, won the next 2, but then...from 5-2 to 7-9. It was so painful to follow the twitter updates. Chokestonia
