Maybe this, humidity...
96% is too high... KDK had the same problem against Su-Wei last year in Pattaya...
she was serving for the 1st set and actually lost rest of the games....
Suddenly she felt so tired and body was so heavy....
I thought night has lower temperature but the humidity got extremely high....Ouchi....

As expected, Kimiko says she suddenly got tired and body felt heavy from 2nd set....
Maybe the humidity + waiting all the day long from morning affected....
But I still think it was better than to have 3 matches tomorrow cause then she would have really risking her body
and injury can ruin for months.... Sad but at least she's still injury free and could continue the form she has.... Now good luck in doubles with Casey...

Pattaya's temperature at 11pm was 24C but the humidity was 96%!! 
It's almost sauna, I can imagin KDK faded away at the end of the match....
not sure if Pattya's right tournament if she can't adjust to the weather every year.... |
