Thanks LKK for have posted again the exact dates about Corinne Gould.
Her husband's surname is Chamberlain, not Chamberlian.

Good find Jimbo
I have a couple of other tidbits on Gisela that may help find more on her.
She played the French and Wimbledon in 1928 as Fraulein Enger, so her marriage was sometime on or after July 1928. Also, Wimbledon sources lists her as PG Enger. Thus her first name started with a "P" and she went by her middle name of Gisela.

Thanks but I have found nothing much about her!
I think her marriage was later, because in our yearly threads she appears as Gisela Enger also in '37, '38, '39, but in September '41 she played in Dresden as married.

Re: The Official Married Names Thread
Help!!
INGE ????
Germany
Born 1921 or 1922
Died 26 January 2005 in Berlin
Married Pohmann, before 1947
she was the mother of the tennis player Hans-Jurgen Pohmann (b. 23 May 1947)
Before 1947, in our yearly threads there is only one German Inge. In 1943 German Closed Champs. the RU was Inge Hartelt. She could be the later Inge Pohmann?
