Okay, I used the Peter Griffin gif where he like rides off on the rainbow and it says "Keep Hatin'" Yea, he's not wearing clothes in it, but it's like a cartoon...When I try and go back and see the post again, it says the administrator blocked my access. Did I just successfully get my first ban because of a Family Guy gif?

Well you're definitely not banned. They probably just deleted your post. You can go into your User CP and check if you received a warning/infraction, but I doubt they'd give one to you over something that harmless.
