Sounds good to me, except Lisa in for Liezel 
It would be a toss up between Madison & X-Tina if Rena withdrawals . For me, it depends on how X-Tina does this week in Paris  Vania is just in too poor of form ATM  |

^^My guess is that Serena will announce this week that she is still injured and unable to play. And with Venus out as well, the team needs a doubles specialist since the WS won't play as intended originally. That spot would normally go to Raymond but if she has opted to skip this tie, it will be Liezel.
I think the team will end up being Sloane, Lepchenko, Hampton and Liezel.

Well, we find out on Wednesday if not earlier. My guess is Sloane, Varvara, Christina, and Liezel.
Either Christina, Madison or Beth. Christina finally won a match this week and Beth is in rather decent form. Madison is in good form, but on clay, and no pressure of Fed Cup? I don't know. Jamie I think will be hurt still, the back injury sounds rather serious IMO.

 Can see Jamie blasting the Italians off the court!!  However this is clay and she probably won't play anyway, or maybe one match, but hope her back is healed!! 
Can see Sloane losing both matches actually  I hope the pressure doesn't get to her though  |

^Sloane twists her ankle in the first match, you want Lisa or Liezel to be playing the 3rd rubber? No. It's fine the way it is. I would have preferred Madison over Jamie though.

 You never know Melanie always plays well in Fed Cup. (although this is a huge stretch  )  So is Oudin playing singles?
