Don't like the wood paneling in the kitchen. Oh, well, that can be changed easily. Have to call my agent tomorrow.

Deal, you lowly peasant.

I deal. I'm glad she's rich. She's the best player on tour and deserves every penny of the money, which is more than I can say for a few choking headcases.
Money doesn't buy taste though.

They probably had to get rid of all her lava lamps, fluro rugs and leopard print sofas in order to make it look like somewhere you'd want to live.

It's too small and looks boring. I expect a bigger and more luxurious for Lordrena to live.

Re: Serena Williams selling her two-bedroom Los Angeles condo for $1.85 million
2 million for a 2 bedroom condo is a good price? Of course it depends on the building facilities and location, but I would think that post-2008 that it's overpriced. More likely it's worth 1.5 million max but they start the price higher in case there's a crazy buyer who wants to have Serena condo at any cost.
Though that having a quick look on a real estate site, some 2b condo go as high as 4 millions.

To me, all those threads you've mentioned don't belong here.
I think this should be a subforum that discusses match results, predictions, comparisons (which player is greater / had a better career), all that stuff that does not just refer to ONE player (doesn't matter if it is Serena or anyone else). I mean, these threads are not even about TENNIS!
But maybe I'm just a little too strict there.

Did you post all these stuffs in the threads " Redfood flying to Melbourne" and " Maria and Dimitrov are dating" ?

Isn't that a little cheap for that kind of quality?

It's all about location guys.
I'm sure you can find a 2b condo for a cheaper price in a crappy neighborhood anywhere else in the world, like most of you mentioned.

That's actually not the case in America at all. When staging a high end home, the realtor often pays the bill for storage to REMOVE tacky, colorful, "personal taste" interior design from the previous owner so that the prospective buyers can see the space for what it is without the clutter.

I'm not really sure the condo offers 'sweeping views' of LA. It's in Westwood, which is a great area, but not near the beach either.

It means that you can see the street sweepers as they go past.
