Official announcement on wednesday. Rumours are inflating from different sources, lequipe.fr (Julien Reboulet), Bruno Cuaz from Eurosport, Patrice Dominguez on RMC,....Even Patrice Hagelauer seems positive in newspapers. They all can be wrong. But these people are generally well informed.

Re: Two weeks in France?
R2 vs Christina McHale who crushed Pauline Parmentier 6/4 6/1.
Marion's press conference today : of course questions about fed cup. She answered that "...team will be announced..." by Momo. "Press conference is about Paris tournament, not about fed cup". "You have still 2 days to wait. 48 hours is not so long."

Also some questions about doping.....

Re: Two weeks in France?
About Fed Cup I thought it seemed a certainty that she would never play it again and now suddenly shes about to be named on the team out of the blue So random!

You know, in France, nobody understands what happened. We have to wait for confirmation on wednesday. That's crazy, but more and more for real.

Re: Two weeks in France?
In l'équipe printed edition of today, Marion also answered a question about her dad :
- "If my dad wasn't there, this is pure coincidence"
She hit the ball with french player n 35 and future lawyer Charles Antoine Brezac.

I left the computer in absolute disgust when she was 4-5* 0-40 down. Come back to see shes won the set 7-5

Re: Two weeks in France?
She played some amazing tennis in general to win that game at 4-5, 0-40. Some groundstrokes right into the corners, then she hit a Sampras like running one-handed forehand (lol), and there was also a great two hander drop volley on a ball that was about to bounce. She is so talented.

Re: Two weeks in France?
They just showed on TV parts of the exhbition match she played last night with Amélie, Alizé, Kristina and Caroline. Watching her high fiving Alizé and dancing with all the girls feel so weird
