Hsieh would have to be Xie in Mandarin Chinese. Dunno if that helps.

In Taiwan, they use a different transcription for many names.
In Mandarin Chinese it would be Xie Shuwei (謝淑薇). Xie is fourth tone so it falls rapidly. It's the same xie as in thank you (xiexie) so you could try to listen here (but it is a surname also): http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E8%AC%9D%E8%AC%9D
