It's a what if question that's hard to answer. Would she have played this atrociously if Na hadn't come out firing?

I really am not responding well to this loss. I mean the errors. The backhand? Sorry guys.

I would give Na the Rome title, the Miami QF and the Beijing SF ine xchange of the 2011 FO final and the 2013 AO final

The footwork, the anticipation, the movement, the return of serve Everything sucked, except for the serve (too many DFs though)
Na moves too well on this surface for an average Maria! She needs to play very well to beat her!

Re: AO 2013: The Bridesmaid-Bride Double. The Sequel.
Backhand errors? I mean, I get the forehand errors. But if I had $1 for the number of backhands she sailed long today I could buy a substantial amount of Sugarpova. Putting the errors aside, where.the.fuck.was.the.fight.and.intensity? She was playing LI FCKING NA and not once did she put her in a position to choke. Not once did she put her in a position where she could feel pressure. All it would of taken was her holding her fcking serve a few extra times.
When she was pulled wide on the deuce side of the court it was just laughable/extremely painful to watch her attempt to hook a forehand down the line. The percentage of that shot ever being in must be like 0.00001% and she must have attempted that shot at least 5 times

Q. What is your next tournament?
MARIA SHARAPOVA: That's a good
question. I think it's Doha or maybe Dubai. I
think Doha. I don't know. I'm so clueless
(smiling).
please play Doha, i want to see you in February

Why is Sam fucking Blaine?
Anyway, I agree with Lachy! Her BH was too inconsistent! It almost looked like she was having a bigger swing, she was often rushed and made many mistakes!
