Watching matches on this courts is kinda weird, my eyes are giving me the wrong impression, so many times i think "it's a clear winner" and then the ball just slows down and opponent somehow manages to come back into the point.
Yes, but he was missing easily on bps (on return, those serve were not brilliant or anything). Also he lost the second set because he choked, when he got close to winning the second set, he got tight. This surface benefits Novak's game more than Wawrinka's, but the mental part was crucial IMO.

It happened before that he was away for a month or two.

Now watch Kuynetsova win the whole thing. Besides there's also Aga who's yet to lose a set this year.

I hope it's just that he has better things to do... unlike myself.

Kuznetsova could take out Azarenka. I expect Agi to beat Na. But I can't see anyone stopping either of the incredible Hulks before the final... where Hulkrena will beat Hulkapova.

Ben Rothenberg ‏@BenRothenberg

Federer says he was suprised to see betting odds were so high for Wawrinka vs Djokovic. In other news, Federer checks betting odds. #ausopen

I hope he's fine I miss all of his bitchy comments during tournaments, especially GS

Martha needs to be eliminated before the final. Otherwise if I had a ticket for the final, I'd already be asking for a refund.

Sveta should win. Vuvuzurenka is unimpressive this tournament, but I can't see Sveta getting the job done.

Raonic is a complete mug. He has no business in the last 16 of a slam #hater. Nice kid, but if he ever somehow wins a slam with that ugly game...

Where is the 'I can't GIF' when you need it?

I feel like Andy/Chardy will be some 5 set mug fest Andy can't be trusted

Re: Tennis Muttering Thread - vol2

Raonic is disgrace for ATP as TOP16 player. He has no weapon except serve.

And Sveta won't win. She should have lost to Wozniacki, but Wozniacki was totally useless, even more than usual. I see Wozniacki comebacks to TOP10 soon.

Two GS trashings in a row by Murray & Olderer. His Olympic match vs Tsonga still haunts me. I don't know why I stuck with that never ending final set. Awful tennis.

I hope Tsonga will not be a completely useless mug vs Olderer. Novak & Berdych under the lights. Tomas

So it means, Jelena didn't call

Lisicki is too brainless to become GOAT. TOP 15 is everything what she can achieve. No TOP10 for her.

JJ is still with Diego, no reason for her to fire him since she has not been playing badly. She just needs some wins. But I don't know why she and Ricardo split in late 2011.
