Well I could imagine difficulty with the breathing technique as you are deaf and can't hear how hard you are or aren't breathing so you mightn't realise when your overexerting yourself. Have you tried any breathing techniques?

No, never... Do you know some?
I will document myself to get some home exercises that won't affect my knees too much too. I should look for breathing techniques...

I know it's nothing reaaaaaally serious, I just hope I don't have asthma My parents already noticed a few symptoms which is why I booked this appointment. Asthma can be a pain in the ass, look at Kvitova

Have you not been to see a physiotherapist, surely they will give you the best excercises for your knees?
Now I don't really know any breathing techniques that would help you, although I'm sure there is someone you could see or find some online. I'm sure there have been a lot of people in your position.

It has been three years since I saw one, so I kinda forgot what exercises I should have done... because my knees were getting better so I was like "screw this, this is getting better, blabla I am going to carry on my life" , which was a very bad idea. Walking and cycling didn't help much.

It isn't. I'm gonna try and get 1500 words done before Aga/Li and then try and finish the rest before and after Maria's match.
Then I just have matchs to do, it's mainly all past papers but I'm just sick of it at this stage now.

Well, I was surprised but I think it went well ! I failed the finance one in december, so I hope the rest will be good... I have a great average grade in my english class, 20 in sports, so that can help for my overall grade. We will see on the 6th feb. So far away

Yeah it's not that though, I think I got a B in the last maths test simply because I only bothered to do 3 past papers and I really can't afford many more but I feel so unmotivated. I've just worked non stop for about 3 months at least now and it's killing me.
