Re: Cheering Thread: Australian Swing
The 2nd set today That was pretty bad. They seemed to get quite down on themselves too. Bathroom break between sets did help.
If Sara doesn't step up on serve (and tbh, not only on serve), it's gonna be ugly. But hey - it hasn't been played yet. Serena still has a singles match to play as well. You never know what happens! Cannot count a win ór a loss before the match is done!

Re: Cheering Thread: Australian Swing
I know, but hey, let me be optimistic for once. It's very rare, you know.

Re: Cheering Thread: Australian Swing
That's so true. Does it also count when I'm just pretending to be optimistic?

Re: Cheering Thread: Australian Swing
According to statistics, in their first two matches Sara and Robi did no UE: in the last one they collected 30 UE instead.. I haven't seen the match, but what was going on in that court?? I want to believe that it was fault of the Margaret Court Arena curse.. ;-)
Well done anyway, they won it with the heart!! :-)
It's a pity that the heart won't probably be sufficient to beat the Williams sisters... and maybe neither a wonderful play. But let's hope and support the Cichis!! VAMOOOOOOOOOOOSSS!!
I don't care about the result, but if not a win, a respectably defeat will be welcome (please don't schedule the match on the Margaret Court!!! XD).

Re: Cheering Thread: Australian Swing
Good luck for tomorrow girls, hoping for a decent score if nothing else. No double bagels lol. On a side note, one of my new doctors is the spitting image of Sara and her name is..........Sara!! A sign perhaps?!
