wenn ich sehe, was djokovic alles ausgräbt und auch nach 5 stunden keinerlei ermüdungserscheinug zeigt, dann weiss ich nicht, was ich davon halten soll... er meinte ja, tennis sei eine der saubersten sportarten überhaupt. ich hab da erheblich zweifel...

Ja, das habe ich letztes Jahr nach den beiden Matches gegen Murray und Nadal auch gedacht. Aber er ist ja Armstrong sehr hart angegangen.

Habe aber auch irgendwo gelesen, dass es immer nur Urinproben und wohl nie Blutproben gab? Weiß nicht mehr, ob es der Djoker war.

Meiner Meinung nach ist Tennis auch ein Sport, in dem Doping systematisch betrieben werden könnte, es gibt genug Schlupflöcher.

Bei Nadal gab es ja schon 2006 unmittelbar vor Wimbledon das Gerücht, dass er auf der Liste von Dr. Fuentes gestanden haben soll. Außerdem hat er noch vor kurzem Alberto Contador als guten Freund bezeichnet, der aus seiner Sicht nichts Verbotenes getan hat.

Ich denke die haben schon genug Wege um das zu verheimlichen.
Ich bin nicht naiv genug um an einen sauberen Sport zu Glauben.
Und wie sehr Verbände darauf bedacht sind das nix herauskommt sieht man ja bei der UCI

Das halte ich für das blödsinnigste Gerücht überhaupt. Wenn man eine Spielerin bestrafen will, braucht man es nicht zu verheimlichen (so eine Strafe soll ja auch immer einen abschreckenden Effekt haben für andere) und wenn man etwas verheimlichen will, dann braucht es auch keine Strafe. Das ist doch total sinnlos. Zumal Henin relativ kurz danach auch wieder zurückgetretn ist.

Findest du? Ich hab eher das Gefühl, dass die meisten lieber die Augen zumachen. Vielleicht nicht so krass wie in Spanien, aber man zeigt doch lieber mit dem Finger auf andere.

So ein "Silent Ban" macht aus Sicht von ATP und WTA durchaus Sinn. Man versucht einerseits Doping zu unterbinden, indem man eine heimliche Sperre ausspricht und andererseits vermeidet man eine negative Publicity. Hätte es einen öffentlichen Fall "Henin" gegeben, wäre das eine Katastrophe für das Damentennis gewesen. Und wie oben bereits schon erwähnt wurde, gab es ja einen entsprechenden Fall "Agassi", auch wenn die bei ihm nachgewiesene Substanz wohl nicht der Leistungssteigerung gedient haben wird.

Aus meiner Sicht verdächtig sind insbesondere Spieler, die ohne Leistungsabfall nach längeren Verletzungspausen zurückkehren.
