She said there are more reasons. »After long thinking I decided that I'm not going to play for Slovenian national team. At the end of 2003, Pisnik was ranked higher than Srebotnik (both were in the top 40, with Matevžič just a little bit out), but then Pisnik faded away while Srebotnik camped around position 25 and stayed there for many years.

Yeah, Pisnik faded away becuase she had two car accidents in few months. That's why she retired. I just read her interview month ago in which she said she would still probablly play tennis nowadays if she wouldn't have these accidents and problems with her neck.

Anyway, good win for Nadia & Kata!
