Jankovic predicts comeback to top 10 and maiden grand slam win!! Will she do it?
Jankovic has Finnaly woken up from her deep slumber, confirming to local Dubai press her firm conviction that, barring serious injury, her full commitment to fitness hard work and sacrifice, she is more than gunning towards her rise back to the top ten, she wants that elusive grand slam title which, according to her, " has slipped me by so many times".
Jankovic claims her greatest pain and regrets not claiming the chances for several slam victories pass her buy, she elusively blames her mental toughness while not outwardly saying so clearly she eluded to that.
Her focus is there and she knows she older but her body she is willing to push to the brink to Finnaly get what she wants: a slam.
Can she do it? Can she muster the speed and agility she once possessed and the consistent ground game to match it to break the deadlock? It's ginna be tough, her mental game has deteriorated and her tactics vastly deminisher compared to her prime... Maybe now with renewed conviction she can will herself to better victories and an improved on court gameplay against the top.

So what has changed for her to fully commit now? She's a good player and if she's really committed, just maybe. But i'm very skeptical about that commitment.

Well I don't think she has any shot at GS title but that's good that she's in that spirit. Could only do her good.

I think she always says this and for the first few tournaments or a few tournaments a year she will who flashes of interest and show up more than usual on a consistent basis her work ethic to win matches is not nearly enough to compete with the hungry younger girls who die on court, she doesn't want to break a sweat she wants to look good. Honey you want to win? U better get ur pretty face dirty and those manicured nails chipped cause u ain't winning no beauty pageant honey, this is battle, not dress up and play barbies....

I would love to see nothing more than JJ winning a slam, but Ana's broken my heart too many times for me to be excited by this
