I was going to play North Shore Open with the likes of Steph  and Tyra, Myers, Adamczak etc. with Gail Brodsky being previous winner but decided I couldn't be bothered  Could have played Manly but nah

i still don't plan to do any TA tournaments for a while. Its a waste of time with me playing my worst tennis ever and bombing out in R1, and a waste of money with stupid entry fee.
And also its gonna get harder with it being U16 next year. But my cousin did play this really SHIT guy in QR1 But then got double bagelled by the 1st seed

Practiced serve today and I think I made a good correction. I slipped into a bad habit of starting too frontal, so I tried to start more side-on. I think it definitely helped the consistency, especially of my crucial lefty serve, so that good . Good thing about tennis - so many little non-disruptive tweaks you can make. |

The qualifying draws is a good idea
Match practice is what's most important
16s is hard, especially for boys

Looking forward to Saturday now. Had a great practice match today  . Continued with my serving more side-on and it really is working  . I practiced with the guy I beat 0-6 6-2 (10-6) the other week. I won the first 6-0. Then I was up 1-0 and my Mum came to pick me up . I only made 2 DFs, which isn't too bad.
I'm also trying to get my FH DTL going as that's a difficult shot for me (only the BH DTL is more difficult  ). I hit a couple of solid ones. I think that shot definitely has a future if I keep working at it.
Also getting a new racket for Xmas  . A Prince Ozone 7.

Won 6-0 6-4 yesterday
First set was as the scoreline looks, second was closer. He had *4-3 40-30 but I saved that game and the next two in a easy way
I'm in a really good form right now, but no tournaments are held in the near. At the moment it looks like I will have to wait till February
