I wonder why Asian playoff was held in October??
Players around Top100-150 still had chance of direct in and didn't participated
which ended up #575 getting the WC.

China 9
Chinese Taipei 2
India 2
Thai 1
And we should call it Chinese WC from next year.  |

Any reason why? She did ok clawing her way into the top 200. Did she run out of funds? I know that happened to Australia's Jessica Moore, so she took a year off to coach and waitress to make extra money.

Her ranking is a modest 270.

And that is with only playing five events from May until the end of the season. She got as high as 182 this season... I wonder what happened.

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing she's had some nagging injuries since late spring/ early summer

Why is Taylor not playing this? She played last year and since then has had pretty good junior results

She was offered a QWC to the AO but she declined it because it is "to far and expensive".
