It is official - I will play Australian Open 2013 in January , MAIN DRAW !!! For the first time Grand Slam main draw. Can't imagine how happy and excited I am. Believe me, will be ready !

It was never really in doubt that she would get in MD of AO.
There's ALWAYS someone missing due to injuries.
Hopefully she draws some home player who is lower ranked so we can see her on stream. |

I wouldn't mind this at all, but I don't think a low-ranked home player would get on a tv court in R1, especially against an equally low-ranked Donna. Apart from Stosur, Aussies have Dellacqua who'll also play MD and they'll probably have several of the following in the qualies or MD, depending on WC's: Rogowska, An. Rodionova, Jones, Barty, Gajdosova, Adamczak, Dokic. Of course, this is all assuming none of them withdraw. Dokic is pretty much the only one for whom I think there would be a tv court against Donna. Come to think of it, that could be a pretty awesome match

In 2011 Petra Martic was qualifier who played on TV court against Sophie Fergusson. 
Donna has better ranking now than both of them had in 2011.
I'm sure she would be on TV court.
Dokic is not playing AO.

WTA Playerzone( not accessible to the general public). All the entry lists are posted there. Among other thing players use it to enter tournament, communicate with WTA(bothway)... |

Frankly, I've been with chingching in this one: I think qualifying would've been a bit better
However, I'm glad she's already making her GS debut
