Karo is into her second final of the year. Her route so far:
Rd1 d. WC Magdalena Sekrecka, 60 61
R2 d. Lesley Kerkhove, 64 64
QF d. Q Katarzyna Piter, 62 63
SF d. (3) Paula Kania, 63 64
Now faces #4 Ana Vrjic for the title. Karo leads the h2h, 1-0.
Karo needed this final, as she had two finals to defend this week and next. Hope she keeps up the form

Kris is into her third SF of the year, after upsetting #3 Nina Bratchikova, 2 & 3. She now has moved up to #102 in the world!
She faces Yulia Putintseva for a spot in the final.
Kris is 2-0 against her in junior play.

I hope both sisters will break into the TOP100. It would be cool to have ten Czechs in the TOP100. 
What is sad is that their father is being investigated by Czech police and he faces a potential 5-year prison term

Kris fell to Yulia for the first time, losing the final set tb, to go down, 75 36 67(4). Top 100 will have to wait until the new year.

Oh really? Do you know in what kind of affair he's supposedly involved? It reminds me of Bara Strycova's father who a prison sentence if I remind well.
