Upload it onto an image hosting website, then it should give you a direct link which should always end with .jpg or bnp (image file type)

Then when you're typing the post, there's a little image next to font adjustments of a yellow background with little mountains, click that and paste the image link inbetween the brackets.

just right click on the image, left click "copy image location" and paste between [img]...[/img]......
