Re: Off Topic....Anything Goes vol3
Well, if I apply to UK universities I'll have to take a year off because my AS grades won't get me offers for the courses I'm considering. (You get into uni on your A-Levels, split into two years AS and A2)
But I can apply to the Republic of Ireland which just go by your overall A2 and not your AS's.)
IDK I'm really just applying in case I regret taking a gap year but at the same time I've had my heart set on London for so long and I'm not sure I want to study in Dublin (although it would likely be amazing) just out of impatience. I'm also not 100% sure what I want to do, it will likely be Medicine. Although, I think that if you get higher up in Humanities jobs then you would probably end up on a better salary and the job might be more enjoyable.
Although the choice is made easier if your best subject lie clearly in one area, whereas I love both English and Sciences. It just makes it harder to choose because I'm pretty sure I would enjoy a career in both. The hours and work that would go into Medicine would never quit until you die basically whereas if you got high up in PR or something you could be earning more with less stress/hours.

I come prepared for the horror movies. I slightly read on in the Wiki plot summary so I know when the freaky shit happens but I never watch it. EDIT: That's how much of a mess I was. I meant to say never spoil the ending.
And I didn't mean I don't want to watch it because you posted it, I mean I don't want to watch it because I'm scared of seeing it.
EDIT: And I know what you mean about this thread lefty.

It's my dream to be an actress. I don't think it's gonna happen but I might as well try.

I was still convincing myself I could win an Oscar up until a couple of years ago. I can't act for shit either.

Re: Off Topic....Anything Goes vol3
Oh I'm definitley winning an Oscar. I'll make sure to thank you all in my speech.
Haha Jk. My acting teacher is so bipolar with me and he's such an ass hole. I can never tell if I'm good or bad. Whatever he has great connections into the industry.

Re: Off Topic....Anything Goes vol3
I'm glad it seems I'm not the only one currently terrified of what my future is going to be. I spent so much time figuring out where I wanted to go to college and what I wanted to study, but didn't give enough thought about what came next.
In other news, I'm so ready to go home from Ghana in 4 weeks. Even more excited knowing that a few days after I get home, Maria will be playing in Brisbane and I can watch her matches without dealing with crappy African internet connection!
Off season is too short but I'm so ready for next season.
