Not wanting to sound too gloomy but a brain tumor wouldn't actually be that surprising considering your recurring eye problems. If it's really a tumor (and hopefully not a metastase), the "good thing" is that it's apparently superficial thus easily operable. In any case, don't wait to get a scan done.

The doctor said I had one on my neck when I was around 19.
