I just gave this show a try. Saw the first episode of season 1 and yes it is similar to Supernatural imo. And I've watched every single episode of the 7 seasons of Supernatural

I'm surprised but Grimm is now one of my must see shows along with Castle, Bones, Elementary and Person of Interest.
The shows are really gripping. I am getting tired however of this amnesia thing with Juliette. I thought that the old Mexican lady who recognized the cat scratch on her hand would figure in curing her and that still might happen. To be honest I thought that Nick should have taken his aunt's advice and gotten rid of Juliette but what can you do?
I think that having Hank in on the deal is a good thing. And I really like the Monroe character.
The last episode with the Wendigo seasoning his human foot stew was  .
I hope it gets picked up again.

I watched a few episodes only because of Dave but I found the story to be boring and the execution was poor. 
The guy needs to get better shows.  |

The show has gotten much better and the ratings are very good.

Nothing, they just aired too many episodes in the first half of this season because of the Olympics.  They've already aired 12/22 episodes for this season, whereas they had only shown 7/22 by this time last year.
Hopefully they'll find a strong lead-in for the spring at least. This show's ratings could be even better if the 8pm slot on NBC wasn't so dead.
