Fell to Laura, 3 & 3, for her second consecutive loss. Still a great tournament for her

10K Antalya. #6 Ana got revenge on #2 Yulia Kalabina, who beat her earlier this summer, upsetting the Russian in two tiebreaks, 76(1) 76(4), to reach her second consecutive semis.
Now faces #3 Basak Eraydin for a spot in the final.

Why is there a thread about a Turkish tennis player in the Romanian players section?

Re: Ana Bogdan
Why do I think Ana had the match in her hands with the loss score of: 62 57 46?
Still, a nice two weeks for her

^ Well, she's British this week.
10K Loughbourough. As the #7 seed, reached her 6th SF of the year, after qualifier Jade Schoelink retired 06 01 down.
Now meets #1 Renata Voracova for a spot in the final.

Re: Ana Bogdan
Ana starts her season at the 10K Antalya, where she is the #7 seed. She gets LL Bianca Hincu in the first round.
Ana has no points to defend until April, so hopefully she can make up for lost ground this year.

Re: Ana Bogdan
And to think for almost three years the only place this girl played was Turkey. Now she plays all over. I mean in the last 3 or 4 months she has played Great Britain, Turkey, and err...more in Great Britain and Turkey. Well at least now she is playing in two countries.
