Ooooh been promoted to Board Member now have we - giving out instructions
I take issue with that if you read Chris's post - regardless, it's for a Board Member to give rulings on this, not players :-

that means that currently 25 are in favour of MTF players being allowed to play automatically, and 23 are against/haven't replied/haven't been asked yet.

Re: TT Eligibility Vote
^^Probably my English skills, but I do not understand what you write.
1. The vote (the original) right now is right now 18-40. I call that majority.
2. The second vote is 25-23.
And I dont really understand your Board Member comment and "giving instructions". Sorry

It's a poll/thread run by the WTF Board - it's for the Board to run and give rulings, not for players.

Re: TT Eligibility Vote
Indeed, so lets leave it for the Board to run the thread as it should be.

(Actually there should have been a kind of a different poll, something like this.
How long you want rookies to wait:
-They can join inmediately
-1 months
-The current 3 months is fine
-I dont want any new players, so only nouns with proven record of 3 pornografic films can join.)

Yes, maybe the poll should have been wider, but now it doesn't matter.

If in those forums they know what is Tennis Tipping and know how to play it, why not...
BTW, I'm getting little by little to my 100 posts. Thanks all.

It's not really an outside community as it's run by the same people who run this forum and so both forums are connected. In fact TT came to wtaw from mtf (both started at the same time I believe), anyway the main issue with this rule has been to prevent people cheating through double accounts and due to the connection between mtf and wtaw, it can be easily checked if a new player here is an actual genuine person playing on mtf already or someone completely knew and unverifiable.
I don't care either way, I just offered an alternative and offered my help due to my role on mtf.

Vincey! and Xepher also votes "yes" for mtf players. this brings is to 35 in favour and 28 opposed.
Result - the 3 months/100 post rule is kept in place, but an exception is made for veteran MTF players (if you have played TT for 3 months or longer on MTF, then you can play TT on TF immediately).
any MTF players can sign up for tournaments as of NOW, but it would be helpful if those who have less than 3 months and 100 posts would say that they are MTFers in the commitment thread so that this can be verified where the manager is unsure.
thanks for voting, everyone. more polls will be up in the coming weeks once the board has discussed the suggestions you've made.
