The weight loss is probably affecting her game, her endurance and immunity to some extent. But it's premature to say it's an eating disorder, she wouldn't be able to play tennis on a pro level in the first place. But if this continues losing weight, it can lead to something serious (if not to a disease, then probably to some bigger injury), so she might not be able to play anymore in years to come if she doesn't hire a nutritionist and a fitness coach.

Never. She said it was all a stress because her parents got divorced, she said that she wouldn't be able to play long 3 setters if she was sick. And I think that Nigel said in public that she should gain weight. And this comparison is bad. Dani was always skinny, she just became too skinny in one moment. Ana was always a bit heavy (not fat, of course) and now she's super skinny.

Ok, my bad It was a mere question, not a way to say "BUT SHE SAID SO AND KEPT PLAYING ANYWAY" .
But yes I agree with you, I don't think Ana is actually anorexic or something, but might go down this way if she keeps losing some weight as she will lose even more energy and that would show us she is in the denial about that (she said it was nothing to worry about a few days ago, and that she would regain some weight soon blablabla) and maybe even obsessed about it without exactly realizing it.
