Yeah, that could be a very tough match. Particularly if Monica beats Venus, I am not sure she will have the motivation to fight her way through this one. And even if Venus beats Monica, it will still require a lot to refocus on this match sufficiently. Additionally qualifiers are rarely easy either.

If Monica get through the 1st two rounds here this could end up another very positive week. But right now I'd say that's still a big if.

As I said, most ITF girls have probably never played someone whose game is remotely comparable to Monica. We saw how Daniela struggled having played Monica for the first time yesterday.

If she is somewhat fit and not deadly exhausted, she should really win these encounters.
