reading back through this thread I can only assume how fucking crazy and sensational we all sound, this is why I love SS

Naaaah, he didn't choke, it was a really close tb, could have ended any way. Real chokes are worse.

Re: Off Topic....Anything Goes vol2
My uni started, so I've been pretty busy and didn't post for some time (actually, after Maria's beautiful Beijing final performance ), but I just have to write my praises for my fave today.
I honestly didn't believe Novak was gonna win that tie-break after so many close losses to the best players in the second part of this season, but oh boy, did he prove me wrong. Andy didn't lose this match when it comes to those match points, Novak won it. When I saw the smile on his face after that unbelievable point, it reminded me of his 2011 USO return, and I knew he wasn't going down without a fight in that moment. But still, he exceeded my expectations in the tie-break. He really needed this to get him back on the right track, on that winning path again. And it shows that him and Andy will be main contenders for future Slams.
The match reminded me of why I love him and Maria so much. Because they NEVER GIVE UP
The only thing left to say is: Novak Djokovic

I don't think he choked, he didn't give away points on those MPs, Novak won them And he didn't lose the third set because of his mental inability to get over the second, but more because he was physically down. Anyway, amazing stuff from Nole, and I really feel for Andy (and you debby ). But, he has matured so much, he will get over it in no time, like Novak did after USO final. I expected him to actually be more regretful at the chances that weren't taken, but he chose to look at it with the "I did everything I could have done, and Andy deserved a Slam" attitude, and it was a right choice that he made. So, I'm really proud at him for that
