For the purpose of RACE for Istanbul, there are 4 tournament available for LI Na to gain "net" points,
Two tournaments replace two 1s from Paris and Olympics [Could be Tokyo and Moscow], as 2 extras to be replaced
plus USO and BJ.
Meanwhile Woz has 1 extra tournaments available to be replaced.
