Rather than retire she could have just done the minimum for the last 3 games. Choice between 2 bad choices, but retiring always looks suspect unless there's a howling injury for all to see.

 If you think peak Radwanska beats Peak (or even close to peak) Sharapova, you're truly an idiot. At the moment there are only two players who have Sharapova's number - S.Williams and Azarenka. I do think that a less than 70% Sharapova will sometimes be beaten by even a 50% Radwanska. That's because of their respective games.

What Maria said was so true, it wasn't like a complete beatdown, yes the scoreline suggests that but the actual match doesn't. specially in the second set, was pretty close in most games.

I personally think Kerber might have been slightly injured, but when you're being dominated so much it's easy to give up even tho you'd probably finish the match if you'd be in a winning position or if you were closer in the score.

Na, please, if you play like 60% you can win this in straights, just leave your fucking brain in its place!!!!!!! It´s all on Na racquet, Sharapova can be overpowered by ballbashers, it´s only a matter if Na powerful shots are landing in
