It's really an amazing song. I'm really looking forward to the next album. Everyone's doing these eletronic-pop songs just to hit the charts and etc, but she did an amazing job with this single. I'm in love with this song.

I kind of like that she didn't go the easy way and didn't release WFL 2.0
As for the song, it's just kind of alright. I tried to get really into it, but really couldn't. It's too bland, doesn't have that something extra. I'd say this is definitely a weaker 1st single than WFL, OG, Umbrella and even Russian Roulette.
I'm sure it's going to do very well though. The radio is already eating it up (well she has a deal though) and she is getting support from many different formats. And people will buy it because well it's Rihanna and it's a decent song overall.

Yeah it's definitely not going to flop. I'd actually say it is very likely to be another #1 hit for her.
And quite a few people have pointed out that they have been getting a bit of a Lana-esque vibe from Diamonds....hop on that bandwagon RiRi  |

I usually love Rihanna's lead singles (OG and WFL were my shit) but I'm not feeling this

The reviews are scathing. That said she is # 4 on US iTunes behind Taylor Swift and Ke$ha's new songs (and Gangnam style  ). Floptina meanwhile is at # 38.
