Call me cynical, but I was not happy seeing Capriati do the coin toss at a Serena's match at the US Open. And on top of that, a foot fault was called on Serena. Those two things brought so many bad memories for me, so I can only imagine what Serena must have been thinking.

Given how advanced technology has become, I don't understand why they still don't have cameras on the serving lines in order to show and challenge foot fault calls. It's not right that lines-persons can call foot faults and players are not able to contest them.

I agree. I seriously thought (and still do think to some extent) that she has a mental block here too just not as bad as at the French. This is due to everything that has happened here and she probably started thinking about last year's final toward the end of that 2nd set. We never know what we're going to get at those 2 slams,

She said, even after winning again, she still doesn't feel completely comfortable. So I can't even imagine what she feels at the French.

I rewatched it again and she was so calm in the 3rd set especially when she was down 3-5

Crybaby Rena was nowhere to be found, gave me Australian Open teas. She needs to stay like this especially at the French.

I disagree. That 3rd set when she was mounting her comeback, the cheers were so loud for her. Did you not notice that?

The crowd was amazing in that third set. So much support for her.

But they never should have been rooting for Azarenka in the first place. You would never see that happen against any of the male American players or even foreigners like Federer.

Was out of town so I taped the match. Watched it last night and the damn recording stopped in third set when match was 2-2.

Anyone have an uploaded version of the match especially the 3rd set. I went back and watched that damn match 3 times thinking I did something wrong while fast forwarding and damn thing continued to end. Damnit.
