50+ Win Seasons
I know there are at least 4 players in 2012 who have already earned 50+ wins this year
Kerber: 56-17 (2 titles - Paris [Indoors], Copenhagen)
Azarenka: 53-7* (4 titles - Sydney, Australian Open, Doha, Indian Wells)
Serena: 51-4* (5 titles - Charleson, Madrid, Wimbledon, Stanford, Olympic Games)
Radwanska: 51-15 (3 titles - Dubai, Miami, Brussels)
*still alive in US Open
How many players have had multiple 50+ win seasons?
I know Kim had like a 90 win season in '03 and I'm sure Caroline and Jelena have racked up a few too.

Re: 50+ Win Seasons
Serena - 3 50+ win seasons:
2002: 56-5 (8 titles: Scottsdale, Miami, Roma, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open, Leipzig, Princess Cup)
2009: 50-12 (3 titles: Australian Open, Wimbledon, YEC)
2012*: 51-4 (5 titles: Charleston, Madrid, Wimbledon, Stanford, Olympic Games)
*after US Open QF
Kinda low, but I guess it's not that surprising considering she only played 50+ matches a season 1 other time (2008).

2005: 53-12 (3 titles: Pan Pacific, Doha, Birmingham)
2006: 59-9 (5 titles: Indian Wells, San Diego, US Open, Zurich, Linz)
and as of USO QF, 2012: 49-7 (3 titles: Stuttgart, Rome, Roland Garros)
---------------------
Dokic 2 50+ win seasons
2001: 53-23 (3 titles: Rome, Tokyo, Moscow)
2002: 53-26 (2 titles: Sarasota, Birmingham)

Re: 50+ Win Seasons
Oh and I just found out that Pennetta was 50-24 in 2008, 57-24 in 2009 and 51-22 in 2010. Actually I didn't see it coming.
