Whew. I had started to assume that she would never play another match again. Hopefully she just decided to take a long break to get over all her injuries, rather than continually exacerbating niggles by playing constantly.

She's baaaaaaaaaaack.  I did kind of assume she would call it quits by now so this is pretty awesome. Tennis just isn't the same without her scrubbing it up with the best of 'em. AO WC Playoff is probably what she's hoping to be fit for. Hopefully she didn't put on too much weight over this extended off period.

I'm sure in this instance she didn't have a choice.  Or she felt burnt out and needed an extended break. Either way, I'm just glad she has intentions to play again. I and many others here bitch and complain about her a lot but at the end of the day I really love her and miss her tbh.
