her voice was kind of dry and hollow live in 2005 tours...she sounds definitely better than 2005. The fullness of her voice is almost identical to 93/94, especially in I'll be there and hero performances in Monaco. At this rate, her studio vocals for the next album will be pure slayage

Was it really lipped?  It's different to the studio version...
Or does she do a Celine ("Power of Love") and lip to a previous live version?

she recorded a new track (probably for this era) and it sounded the same as the one in Morocco. Pretty sure she will be using this track in her tours from now on

Every single singer uses a back up track though. Every single one. I mean Beyonce is an expert at it. So as long as you dont just hit play and mouth the words from start to finish, I see no big deal.
