Re: Estonian Tennis
Good win for Anett. True fighting spirit. This will definately give her more belief in herself together with the previous win.
Hopefully the girl can now win the Doubles then to stay in the group.

Yeah, I'd also guess she is playing if she has entered. Probably at least for the sake of playing at home for a change as she has not competed in Estonia since when, like last January? Given her latest results - if she doesn't win this 10k then

What a waste of a tournament
I dont care if its at home, the estonians who wanted to see her play may thank me if she runs out of tournaments if she plays this and one day cant play a big Tallinn challenger/WTA tournament!!

Re: Estonian Tennis
What big Tallinn challenger/WTA tournament?
For your sake, I hope she will not take a wild-card and play both events

I mean in the future. I was being a bit overdramatic but I just think that it would be better that she plays only 25ks. Now that I have seen the video muusa posted though, it seems that for her personal life it would be better for her to just stay at home and rest and then easily win the second 10k tournament. People do sometimes forget she only just turned 16. She wont accept a wildcard into the first tallinn tournament. She says she will play 1 tournament.
BTW, Are any of the Estonians going to go SEB Tallink Open V or VI?

Re: Estonian Tennis
Sorry for off-topic as this is women's forum, but it is worth mentioning: as of today Jürgen Zopp is ranked 95 in ATP rankings. This is quite a big achievement in Estonian tennis as the last guy to make it to top 100 was Andres Võsand in 1989.
Congratulations, Jürgen!

I am very happy as Jurgen has shown great improvement and played amazingly against Gasquet. He could be top 50 by this time next year

Re: Estonian Tennis
Now that Margit finally lost her WTA ranking, there are actually more Estonians in the ATP ranks than in WTA.
