She has been playing pretty well, but I only watched a couple matches. The backhand looks better, she isn't as moody on court either. Has been smiling a lot, which is good.

Sarin has actually been playing pretty well. Moving far better than in Miami and against Erakovic she randomly started hitting with quite heavy topspin; putting a lot of work on the ball and still attacking rather than just her usual clay moonballing. And she was hitting the ball well early on against useless Lisicki.

But, needless to say, she'll probably come out and play like a flop against Stosur and only just scrape past.

Nope, she was using a lot more aggressive spin (also was trying out poly strings) against erakovic, so had a lot of net clearance.
She isn't missing that many, but my BIGGEST WORRY is that she is missing almost all the returns on. Hitting some shock and awe FH CC and BH hook returns every couple of games though.
It's held up alrightso far, hit some beautiful DTLs yesterday. Against erakovic she was getting some great BH angles with to her extra spin, and not the lame ones which sit up next to the service line.
