Was afraid that my washing machine had broken yesterday,but it turned out we were only on water restriction in my neighborhood.There was nothing in the tank at the house,but there's a spigot on the front patio that connects to the pipes out near the street...so I went back and forth with a huge pot until I'd poured enough water into the washer to start the cycle......I suspect that a few of you would've gotten some laughs at the sight of my carrying the oversized waterpot like a redneck making trips back and forth from the well

I've just cleared up a small mystery. During an earlier match here at AO (I don't remember which one) it suddenly seemed to me that Caro was wearing a silver heart around her neck. I had only caught a glimpse of it and I was pretty sleepy at the time, so when next I saw Caroline and she was still wearing her normal diamond/heart/flag necklace I thought my eyes had played tricks on me or maybe I'd been dreaming. Only now did the solution to the mystery occur to me: Caro's movements had flipped the necklace around so I'd been seeing its backside! Bravo, Sherlock!
