I don't really know how is working grade levels in USTA, but if you want to improve your game I can give you some tips

First, try to flex more your knees while serving, so you will get more power on your first serve.

Also, try to be a bit more agressive and attack the ball instead of move backwards while hitting the ball and finally, activate yourself during the rally. Try to be focus and ready all the time

Positive things is that you seem a natural for tennis. I really like your backhand

(really fluid movement) and your forehand is quite good as well

Apart from your balance, your stroke production on that wing looks really good, and you consistently finish the shot over your should from what I can see.

On the plus side, your backhand looks really solid and seems to be your favourite shot? and the shortened take back seems to really take time away from your opponents and keeps them guessing where the next shot is going to go. It seems like you're also pretty fit which I imagine serves you well! Sorry if this post may seem a little technical / critical, but from what I can see, you have a really solid looking game at the moment, and with your fitness and a couple of tweaks, you could be a really great player!

And as a result, your serve definitely looks faster now! I also love the fact that you really step inside the baseline to take on the serve, definitely one of my favourite tactics. Cuts down the reaction time for the serve and really gets inside their head on the second serve when they know you're waiting there ready to clobber anything short.

This is the kind of sarcastic response I get for posting a positive comment.

I was pointing something out to him that in my opinion would benefit his game. Last time I checked, it wasn't your job to determine who is good enough to give advice. Any person who posts a video within this section opens them selves up to observations from the board. I'm sure if Jroll didn't want people commenting on his game, he wouldn't have posted.
